Lehrhaus Judaica and the San Francisco Public Library present Alive! A la vie! – a photo exhibition of the saved children of Buchenwald. The exhibition will be featured at the San Francisco Public Library’s Skylight Gallery (100 Larkin Street, open daily) January 10-March 15. Lehrhaus will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2014. To mark this milestone, we have programmed a special traveling Lehrhaus 360 conference featuring top local and national scholars taking place February 26-March 6 around the Bay Area. All events are free and open to the general public; pre-registration is required. Also, save Oct. 26 for our 40th anniversary dinner cruise celebration on the Hornblower Yacht. The dinner honors Lehrhaus Founding Director Fred Rosenbaum.
