Hours and Holidays

Lehrhaus Judaica’s office is open Monday through Thursday, 10:00-5:00, and on Friday from 10:00-3:30. Our Jewish studies library is open during these hours and on evenings and Sundays when classes are in session.

In addition to closing on all national holidays, our office and library will be closed in observance of the following Jewish holidays: Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Passover, and Shavuot. Because Jewish holidays begin on the evening of the previous calendar day, we may also close early on the day preceding them.

Please note: No classes will be held on the above dates. However, the choice to hold class meetings on any “minor” civic or Jewish holiday is left to the discretion of our instructors and co-sponsors. Although we do our best to list days on which classes will not be held, we suggest that you consult the instructor at the first class meeting for a full list of course meeting dates.
