We strongly suggest that you enroll no later than three
days prior to the first class. Enrollment will generally
be accepted up to the end of the second class session.
Late registration after the second class is at the discretion
of the instructor.
Tuition fees will not be pro-rated for late enrollment.

Lehrhaus does NOT mail confirmation of enrollment unless
requested.
To receive confirmation of enrollment, please include
a self-addressed stamped envelope or postcard with your
enrollment by mail. Or, indicate on your enrollment
form that you wish to receive confirmation by e-mail.
Automatic electronic confirmation of enrollment is e-mailed
ONLY to those who enroll online at www.lehrhaus.org.

Lehrhaus Judaica and its co-sponsors reserve the right
to postpone, combine, or cancel courses. You will be
contacted in the event of such changes. If a class is
cancelled, you may choose to have your full tuition
credited to a future course, request a full refund,
or have your tuition converted into a tax-deductible
donation to our scholarship and program fund.
Course meeting dates are subject to change by the instructor,
who will schedule make-up sessions for any cancelled
class meetings. Although we do our best to note days
on which classes will not be held, instructors may make
changes to the dates listed in our online or printed
catalog.

Lehrhaus Judaica accepts checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. When registering by fax or phone, please pay with a
credit card.
Payment must accompany your registration.

If you choose not to take a class after registering,
you must contact our office by the deadline listed below
to receive a refund. The deadline varies based on the
number of sessions in the course.

Refunds will be granted according to the following
guidelines:
- Full refunds will be given for all withdrawals
received at least 3 business days prior to the first
class session.
- After that date, but before the deadline listed
above, all refunds will be reduced by a $20 processing
fee. If the total course tuition is less than $20,
no refund will be given.
- After the deadline listed above, no refund will
be given.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
PLEASE NOTE: To receive a refund, you must contact
Lehrhaus directly. Telling the instructor or co-sponsor
that you are leaving the class does not constitute a
withdrawal, and no refund can be given.

Need-based scholarships are awarded on a case-by-case
basis, without regard to age, religion, race, sexual
orientation, or national or ethnic origin.

If only one tuition amount is listed for a course, all
students are expected to pay that amount.
Please note that we are unable to provide an automatic
discount for students and seniors, unless such a discount
is listed in the course description. However, need-based
scholarships are available.
The following reduced tuition levels may be available
when offered (check the individual course listing):
Learning for Life: For older adults,
ages 65+.
Dynamic Duos: For academically ready
teenagers, when accompanied by an adult registration.
Full-Time Students: For full-time students
at any college or university, with proof of enrollment.
Co-Sponsor Members: For members of
any co-sponsoring organization on courses taken at co-sponsor
